Crossroads by Rhonda Parker Taylor is an unforgettable rollercoaster ride of emotions that kept me on the edge of my seat constantly. The author has this way of telling the story that brings together elements of mystery, drama, and romance. The result is a story that’s creative, heart-pounding and even at some points, I felt, heartwarming.
The character of Paris Pennington (the protagonist) is flawlessly depicted! She feels like a real person. I think that her struggles and triumphs probably resonated with a lot of readers across the line on a deeper level. This book kept me uncertain all the way to the final page. It’s filled with twists and turns and truly unpredictable, but in a good and cohesive way. Crossroads is an example of a talented writer’s work and I’m sure it leaves a lasting impression on anyone who picks it up, as it did for me. I cannot recommend it enough.

Academically, Rhonda pursued a doctoral program in business at the University of Phoenix, achieving an MBA and a BSM in science management from Indiana Wesleyan.
